A full renovation of a 2000 sf 1980’s town home in the heart of Vancouver. This home was completely taken down to the studs with all drywall, insulation, plumbing and electrical removed. A large 19 ft steel beam was installed along with multiple PSL and Microlam members to open up the home and give it a new layout. A full new cast iron drainage system installed along with a new Viessmann Condensing Boiler for under floor radiant heat and domestic hot water. The home is sound insulated throughout giving it a calm, quiet feel.
Shadow line details for all casing and baseboard blend well with the at panel mill work and quartz counters, backspashes and replace surround. The backyard patio is clad in local Basalt paverstones surrounded by Basalt columns to retain soil.
