A full renovation of a 2000 sf 1980’s town home in the heart of Vancouver. This home was completely taken down to the studs with all drywall, insulation, plumbing and electrical removed. A large 19 ft steel beam was installed along with multiple PSL and Microlam members to open up the home and give it a new layout. A full new cast iron drainage system installed along with a new Viessmann Condensing Boiler for under floor radiant heat and domestic hot water. The home is sound insulated throughout giving it a calm, quiet feel.
Shadow line details for all casing and baseboard blend well with the at panel mill work and quartz counters, back-splashes and replace surround. The backyard patio is clad in local Basalt paver stones surrounded by Basalt columns to retain soil.
