New homes built from your architect’s drawings, managed by Headland Construction from permit to final walkthrough.

Overview
Mark is involved from the first budget conversation to handover, with one of our project managers running the site day to day. Headland is a licensed new home builder through BC Housing and a certified Net Zero Home Builder with the CHBA, so energy performance and warranty are built in from the start, not added at the end.

Questions
When should we bring Headland in?
As early as possible, ideally before the drawings are final. Meeting early lets us price the design while it can still change.
Do you work with our architect and designer?
Yes. Most of our homes are built with the designers who drew them, and we work closely with your consultants from pre-construction onward.
How is the budget set?
We prepare a preliminary budget from the scope, then tender the work to suppliers and trades for firm pricing. You approve the final number before construction starts.
